1. How long can I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 1-3 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-7 days.
2. The card reader does not install itself properly on Mac type computers.
We have had a lot of customer also use Mac system it work ok. Also we have similar problem feedback.Normally, reader didn't install itself properly because the Mac PC haven't install it's USB driver.
3.What are the terms of warranty for the magnetic stripe card readers?
The product warranty is 12 months or 1000,000 times swipe.
